State Regent Rosie Stockwell
Formed in 1903, under the patronage of the Blessed Mother, the Catholic Daughters of the Americas® (CDA) are united by their faith in Jesus Christ and their devotion to the Catholic Church. We are one of the oldest and largest Orders of Catholic women in the Americas.
The Texas State Court was organized January 25, 1917. Our Mission Statement is a reflection of the CDA motto of Unity and Charity®; "The members of the Texas State and Local Courts love Christ and His Church. We are dedicated to leading others to Christ and to His service through active participation in the Catholic Daughters of the Americas."
The Statue of Our Patroness, Mary, the Blessed Mother of God, is on display at the National CDA office in New York. Our Lady of Guadalupe is the Patroness of Texas.

Quarterly Prayer Intentions
The following are the prayer intentions for the current quarter. Please share them with your court members. “Where two or three are gathered in My name, there am I in their midst.” Matthew 18:20
Through the intercession of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary, all the Angels and Saints, Lord, humbly hear our prayers.
For Pope Francis' monthly intentions and that all Christians may be supported by the prayers and material help of the whole Church.
† That young people will surrender generously to God’s call and seriously consider offering themselves to God in the priesthood or consecrated life.
† For the sake of "one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."
† For world leaders to respect humanity, dignity and religious liberty.
† For the sick and lonely, for those who have no one to pray for them, and for an end to all acts of violence and hatred.
† That God's Will be done in and through all deliberations of the Texas State Convention.

Astros 2016 Family Day
It was a home run for the Circle of Love® FAMILY spoke. CDA at the park was a huge event hosted by District #20 in Houston as State Regent Eve Trevino walked on the field in Minute Maid Park and threw in the Ceremonial First Pitch for the Astro vs. the Chicago White Sox game on Saturday, July 2, 2016.
