The 2025 Respect Life Reporting form is available for download. The submission deadline is February 1, 2025.

A Required Signature form must be completed for each court elected delegate and alternate. The form needs to be mailed to State Regent, Carolyn Ritchey, by March 1, 2025. Download the form here.
